Description
This carp fly is designed to hand vertically in the water, supported by the hackle. This fly is a good choice for clooping carp, especially grass carp. Check out Brad Befus' carp article in the September 2003 issue of FLY FISHERMAN.
Recipe
HOOK: #8-16 Tiemco 3761, 1XLTHREAD: White.
TAIL: Single black glass bead with a small
amount of black dubbing beneath it to keep
from sliding onto hook bend.
BODY: Brown Super Floss as seed stem.
HACKLE: White or grizzly, as seed tuft.
