Description
This is a smaller rendition of the classic and according to Brad Befus, a good pattern for carp. Check out Brad's carp article in the September 2003 issue of FLY FISHERMAN.
Recipe
HOOK: #8-16 Tiemco 200R, 3XLTHREAD: Flat waxed nylon to match body.
UNDERBODY: Flat waxed nylon to match body.
BODY: Red, olive, brown, tan, black, or pink Ultra Chenille.
ABDOMEN: Four small red glass beads glued to Ultra Chenille.
